Refund Policy

• 14 days, full refund. Not happy with a Kolkworks product? Email support@kolkworks.com within

14 days of your purchase and we refund the full amount. No form, no interrogation.

• You keep what you made. Files, reports and exports the product already produced for you remain

yours. We do not ask you to delete them.

• The licence key stops working. After a refund the licence key is deactivated, so the product

itself can no longer be used or activated again.

• How it is paid. Purchases on our own sites are processed by Polar as merchant of record and

the refund is paid out through Polar, back to the original payment method; processing time depends

on your bank. Marketplace purchases (Etsy, Udemy, the Chrome Web Store) follow that marketplace's

refund flow, which may differ from this policy.

• Your statutory rights. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. This

policy is offered on top of that right and never reduces it.
